Wonder

We were Tigers for a day on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at the New Underwood school where we handed out 56 copies of the WONDER book to 4th through 7th graders.

Our BHSU scholarship winner and Special Education teacher, Miss Amanda, arranged for this meaningful presentation.

In this moving novel, author R. J. Palacio makes us wonder what it must be like to face the world every day, that doesn’t know how to face you back.  The students were very grateful for the gift and even presented us with colorful butterfly pages that they had created!
