Butterfly Day 2019

On Friday, September 20, 2019 we celebrated Butterfly Day with the Kindergartners at Mt. View Elementary School.  Blue Spruce Coffee Truck was there bright and early to start our day off with a cup of fresh brewed love!
This is our annual day of inclusion where along with teachers, therapists and volunteers, we present a cooperative way to help children understand and respect individual differences and enjoy each other’s unique strengths.
Thank you to Miss Betty, Kenadi’s teacher who inspired Butterfly Day; Miss Tammie who believes that in a world where you can be anything- be kind; the Mountain View Elementary Staff for their willingness to help; Principal Nick Gottlob for his acceptance of this day of inclusion; the Spearfish Foundation for Public Education for funding our lesson and to the entire Spearfish School District for their support!
